Hydrokenesis
The ability to control and manipulate the element of water.
This ability has many upsides such as controling other humans by manipulating the percentage of water in the human body.
Capable of creating monsoons, tsunamis, whirlpools and so on. Hydrokenisis is the furthest away from human control. An ability powerful enough to devestate cities, control others, etc. is a dangerous ability and nobody has attempted to master those who do need to have inner peace, a level head and the patience like the never ending changes of the tides in the sea.
